职位描述
Mission of Function
- Support Sales in preparation of bid in a professional manner in order to create a competitive differentiation compared to our competitors.
Dimensions of Function
- Reports to Bidding Manager and is responsible for reducing sales slippages through high quality bid preparation.
Contacts
- Internal contact include SBT Commercial, Procurement and Logistics, Hub and Area Sales, Project Managers, BU line functions, etc.
- External contacts include Customers, Design Institutes, Government Authorities, etc.
Tasks
- Prepare high quality proposal in order to meet / exceed customers expectation
- Reduce sales slippages by ensuring accurate cost estimates during sales acquisition
- Liaise with other functions in order to meet bidding deadlines
- Provide value engineering and propose alternatives to customers in order to gain a competitive edge over our customers
- Attend BU training in order to get updates on BU products and systems Full Training records
Competencies
- Understanding of the building industry market, requirement and standards
- Knowledge of BT systems and their applications
- Knowledge of other ELV systems and their applications
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Knowledge of risk management
- Knowl.: Autocad, MS projects and MS office software
- Knowledge of basic financial management
- Knowl.: Written and spoken English skill
Experience
- Minimum 3 years engineering experience in Building industry, preferably experience in consulting companies or specializing in Fire Safety, Security or ELV
