职位描述
Mission of function
- Base on Division and BU's strategy, develop and implement business strategy and action plan by product line, application and market segmentation. Drive and support sales organization to generate/grow CPS business.
- Financial: Financial: Turnover, profit of BU/responsible area, other indicators if applicable such as growth, market share and etc.
Responsibilities: business development on business field of Gamma ligting control, hotel room control, residential room control.
Contacts
- External: Industry association and experts; Distributors, Sis, Dis and potential business partners; Customers, investor, end user.
- Internal: Sales, marcom, commercials, BDs, Product managers, HQ PM and BD.
Task
- Drive development and implementation of business strategy and action plan for related responsible area
- Collect and analyses market data and competitor information such as market volume, market share, competitor's strategy, pricing, channel, products etc.
- Set up regular project coordination system and communication system with partner, sales, BDs
- Support sales in marketing and sales activities on BU level
- Develop marketing tool and support document on for responsible area
- Define research, analysis and report system for responsible area
Knowledge
- Knowledge and know-how in field of building automation control, lighting control system, hotel room automation and residential room control.
- Business value, portfolio analysis
- Statistics, Marketing, Gap/SWOT analysis, benchmarking
- Presentation techniques
- Training and coaching methodologies
- Fluent English Experience
- 5+ years experience in building automation, building intelligent, lighting control, hotel room automation or related field.
- 5+ years sales or marketing experience.
- Experience in market research, business development or product life cycle management is preferred
- Take initiative; Team working
- Work experience in international, multi cultural environment Education - Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical, Automation or related.
