1.Sales process development, together with the sales director of industry segment.
2.Achieve, supported by his team, the business targets (turnover, market share and CM0,...) set by the sales management.
3.Define key points and sales priorities for the sales team.
4.Support SE in order to reinforce commercial activities and if needed to solve conflicts.
5.Define together with sales director industry segment special offer conditions (price, delivery time and payment within the predetermined frame).
6.Manage directly sales activity in defined customers.
7.Contact customers in order to maintain and improve relationship.
8.Negotiate offer conditions (price, delivery time and payment within the predetermination frame).
9.Consultative selling , knowing accurately the applications for the IS and customer processes
10.Responsible for collecting information regarding main activities, products and applications of competitors and keep updated Sales management and HQ.
11.Follow up the sales development of his team and define if needed corrective actions.
12.Follow SOM process mainly in terms of planning, visit preparation, customer information and reporting using existing tools (SFA,...).
