职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. SMT设备的保养与维修
      SMT Equipment Maintenance and problem solving
2. 机器程序参数的设定调试与转换
      Machine program and parameter setting and debug
3. SMT新产品的导入，新程序的编写
      SMT new product introduction, and new placement programming
4. 新钢网和载具的确认检查
      New Stencil and Fixture verification
5. 贴片程序的优化和调试，异常故障的处理
      Support for the placement program optimization and issue follow up.
6. 切板机调试
      V-cut Machine setup and debug.
7. 回焊炉温曲线的测量和调整
      Reflow Profile measurement and optimization.
8. 其他SMT新设备工艺的导入
      Implement other SMT new equipment and process.
9. PCB拼板的绘制，钢板的开孔设计，治工具的设计
      PCB panel design, Stencil and tooling design
10. 生产程序及烧录治具的制作，转换及管理
      IC Programming management
11. SOP及SMT文件的制作管理
      SOP and SMT standard document management
12. 生产线，后制程反馈，异常的分析改善
      SMT quality follow up
13. SMT间接材料的评估及承认
      Evaluate indirect material
14. 每日品质提升改善，物料损耗管控
      Daily quality control, material attrition control
15. 技术人员的技能培训﹑指导等
      Technical personnel's skill training and guidance

Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.


任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历
     College degree or above
2. SMT程序，设备，工艺经验
     Experience of SMT program, equipment and process
3. 熟悉三星贴片机者优先
