职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Arrange and process whole inbound process for materials, trading finished goods and spare parts, including shipping arrangement, tracking, import customs clearance, documentation preparation, collection and retention.
Arrange and process outbound and domestic shipments, including shipping documents preparation, collection and retention.
Provide daily and monthly relevant report
Keep abreast with customs regulations and their changes. Ensure the impact of changes is understood correctly and enough attention is brought to relevant parties.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade or Business Administration (full-time university)
Working experience in import / export in manufacturing company is preferred

Required Skills
China Customs/Logistic certificate or related knowledge
Be proficient in Word and Excel.

Desired Skills
ERP system skill is preferred
Ability to plan, organize and set priorities for self
Be able to interpret Customs regulations into practical operation
Fluency in written English

Soft Skills
Good coordination and communication skills
Rational thinking skill – analytical, decisive, take balanced risk
Initiative, pro-active, self-motivated
Customer-oriented
With high enthusiasm of work and willing to learn
