Responsibilities
Works under the supervision of National Chef Studio Manager
Be part of Technical Team to support Pastry products to Sinodis customers in all channels
Focus on existing and customers and support the development of new potential customers Setsup pastry training and workshops in Chef Studio or at customer's lab
Develops, tests and evaluates new pastry and dessert recipes to develop Sinodis pastry range
Covers Sinodis Food Service, Retail, E-Comm business in south region
Skills
Strong experience in pastry industry for at least 8 years
Highly skilled in making Western desserts, pastry and bakery products
Strong knowledge in chocolate application process
Strong ability in teaching and sharing experience
Communication
Excellent communication with cross-functional teams as well as Sinodis customers
Fluent English and Chinese a must; French as preferred/optional
Profile
Outgoing character.
Strong sense of initiative.
Highly reactive to adjust smoothly to new environments.
Consider around 50% of working time in business trips outside Shenzhen
