职位描述
1 General Description
As a major contact window(internal & external) for Korean accounts, provide and ensure the overall business service meets customer requirements; increase sales volume & revenue from the exiting business; support & develop the potential business opportunity to achieve the company sales target.
2 Specific Accountabilities
· As a contact window for Korean customers, trouble shooting all shipments related issues to continuously improve the service quality.
· Identify new business opportunities from existing & potential customers and prepare solutions & pricing with Product Management to drive new business development.
· Establishes productive, professional relationship with key stake holders in the existing & new customers.
· Prepare MBR(Monthly Business Review) & QBR(Quarterly Business Review) report to ensure excellent level of account management with external & internal customers.
· Handle and solve claims and complaints from the assigned accounts through in-depth analyzing and investigation.
· New business implementation with relative countries and dept. Compilation and maintenance of SOPs with timely manner.
· Strictly follow up company credit policy, monitor DSO and collect the outstanding accounts.
· Ensure to meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and etc.
· Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
· Convert customer forecast volume into internal format to secure capacity plan in advance
· Lead customer RFQs and closely work with Product Management to provide business insight
· Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the management.
Skills Required
· Must be fluent in Korean & English, Proficiency in Mandarin is definitely a plus.
· Warm and bright, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Has a strong organization, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
· Highly flexible and sales driven, able to work under pressure.
· High accuracy and attention to details
· Willing to work overtime in holidays
· Strong proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience and Qualifications
· University degree or equivalent, preferred in logistics, international trade.
· Minimum 2 years experience in international freight forwarding or contract logistics. Fresh graduate with good potential will be also considered.
