LOCATION: Shanghai,China


MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Drive global RTR Continuous Improvement projects for North Asia, lead change communication with country stakeholder and ensure smooth project implementation

JOB SUMMARY
1. Implement global standard RTR process; Standardize detail procedure to ensure process efficiency and accuracy
2. Implement Global Continuous improvement projects in North Asia regions and run while change communication with country stakeholder and final end user
3. Review process controls implementation aligned with global control framework and SOX audit requirement, ensure there's no audit findings from both external and internal auditors
4. Prepare business case, analyse ROI (return on investment) for different scenarios and propose best option for management team
5. Partnership with regional finance management to support marketing strategy and compliance enhancement


KEY REQUIREMENTS

1. Good communication skills and Change management skills
2. RTR accounting knowledge
3. English familiarity in both listening and writing (good to join global conference and present project status and concern)
4. SAP skills required
5. Logical thinking and prefer to familiar with BPO operation
6. Office software capability required especially for Excel
7. Better to have Japanese language skill
8. Project management experience
9. At least two years or more finance and accounting work experience (esp for RTR) 举报 分享
