职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Manage bags and back pack development and production introduction.
负责手袋、背包类产品开发和生产导入
2.Provide technical support to project management team
为项目管理团队提供技术支持
3.Production capacity assurance and continuous improvement and technical issue troubleshoot.
生产产能保证和持续改善，生产技术问题的分析和处理
4.Driving innovations on product designs and production techniques, incl. material, constructions and production process, etc.
推动产品设计和生产工艺的创新，包括材料、产品结构和生产工艺等
Qualification:
1.High school/Technical school degree and above
高中、中专以上学历
2.Familiar with PU, leather, textile features and specifications
熟悉PU、皮革、纺织材料特性和规格
3. 5至10年以上参加过开发真皮品牌手袋或者世界知名牌手袋的工作经验者，如Coach, BALLY， LANCEL，GUESS等等；
5-10 years experiences in developing high end leather bags for well-known brands, like Coach, Bally, Lancel and Guess, etc.
4. 能够独立地完成手袋样板制作者，熟悉整个手袋开发转量产的过程。
Can do bag sample independantly. Familiar with the whole process from bag development to mass production.
5. 会用相关电脑软件出纸格者更佳。
Can use CAD or other computerized paper pattern software is a plus.
6. 人际沟通能力强，善于团队合作
