Client Details

LNE Holdings Pte Ltd Headquarter is based in Singapore. The core business involved in design and fabrication of Precision Mold & Micro Mold, Precision Molding and Mico Molding. They were established in Singapore since 1994. They have expanded their Mold & Molding manufacturing to China, Shanghai in 2002. They are currently serving world leading MNCs, they are mainly in 3C, Electronic and Telecom, Medical and Healthcare, Automotive and General Industry. In order to be better positioned within the industry supply chain, LNE Precision Plastic Machinery Pte Ltd was established in 2006. Being an Exclusive S.E.A Agent for BabyPlast Micro Injection Machine and Plasdan Electric Injection system. They are able to provide better support to our Babyplast customers in areas of micro mold design, micro mold fabrication and micro molding services. They will continue to introduce new Technology to upgrade the industrial standard.


Description

1. Provide functional leadership to plant operations in China

2. Define China Operations & Total Quality Management (TQM) strategy

3. Determines future manufacturing footprint and opportunities that will support new technologies and long term growth in support of the business strategic plan

4. Plan and deploy manufacturing system in the plant

5. Drives continuous improvement projects and cost reduction techniques for improved efficiencies.

6. Drive manufacturing excellence to meet performance targets including but not limit to labor efficiency, inventory, health and safety, material, scrap, delivery, etc.

7. Drive optimization of quality, efficiency, manufacturing process and return on investment.

8. Champion Lean implementation in all departments






Profile

1. Bachelor degree or Master degree with specialization in engineering or operations management

2. Significant knowledge in operations management

3. Fluent in English and strong and effective communicator in writing and business presentations

4. At least 5 years manager level experience in manufacturing operations in component industry, and experience with assembly, molding and injection plant is preferred

5. Ability to form initiatives and drive business results for manufacturing excellence

6. The strategic and visionary leadership skills to maintain a long term focus and the tenacity to achieve results

7. Demonstrated strategic planning skills and the capacity to provide manufacturing leadership to the plant
