Lead plastic product design review and development until mass production

Responsibilities工作职责
As part of product development team, review the product design, design change, and related product specifications throughout product development phases to ensure tool-ability and manufacturability
负责整个产品开发期间的产品设计评审、设计变更以及相关产品规格，确保模具和制造的可行性。

Provide ( tooling design/fabrication, plastic injection molding, and secondary processing ) expertise & solutions to other functions like project management, industrial design, mechanical design and quality management.
为其他职能部门，如项目管理、外观设计、机械设计和品质管理等提供专业解决方案 （包括模具设计制造、注塑生产和二次处理）。

- Interface with other hardware development functions, hardware manufacturing, and suppliers to define and manage the product development for:
与其他产品组件开发部分以及供应商对接，进行如下产品开发管理：
- Injection mold/Injection molding
注塑模/注塑生产
- Secondary processing
二次加工
- Establish, document and release tooling specifications and ensure they are met
- Deliver quality plastic/metal parts with sufficient process capability (CPK): meet cosmetic, mechanical and reliability specifications
Tool qualification and production qualification
- Troubleshoot, contain, and resolve product & manufacturing issues related to injection mold, injection molding.
- Supplier technical capability assessment and recommendation for supplier selection
- Project management, e.g. managing schedule, cost, specification, communication.
- Supplier management to ensure suppliers to deliver on our expectations
- Provide insight into supply base capability, and leverage opportunities to more effectively utilize supplier capability for plastic mold and plastic manufacturing
- Tooling maintenance in mass production
- Cost reduction through development.
- Contribute to inspection plan

-提供深入的供应商能力分析，进而更有效地利用供应商的塑胶模具和塑胶生产能力
-量产阶段的模具维护追踪
-成本控制
-协助检验标准的制作


Qualifications Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in relevant areas, e.g. mechanical engineering, material and processing, and mould.
-Experience:
- 8+ years in tooling design/project management in tool-shop/molding shop.
- 5+ years in product engineering project management in MNCs with electronic accessories background.
- Foaming projection process/Beauty packaging knowledge would be a plus
要求：
-相关专业大学本科，机械工程、材料、模具等专业
-经验
-八年以上模房/注塑工厂模具设计、模具项目工作经验
-五年以上外资企业产品工程项目管理经验，具有电子附属产品背景。
-有发泡注塑流程和化妆品包装产品方面经验者优先

Skill:
- Using 3D & 2D product design tools such as Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD
- Plastic mould and metal tool design software
- Using mold flow , fill & cooling analysis tools
- Data analysis tools: using MS Excel is a must, and using other tools like JMP or Mintab is a plus
- Continuous quality improvement techniques such as SPC, DOE, Gage R&R & FMEA
- Troubleshooting skill
- Presentation & conferencing skill
- Language: fluency in English writing and speaking.

技能要求：

-模流、注塑和冷却系统分析工具
-数据分析工具，需使用MS EXCEL。其它如JMP和MINITAB更佳
-问题分析和解决能力
