岗位职责：
1. Packaging engineer assistant 60%
Co-operate with packaging engineer for the packaging structure design.
1.1 Structure design
- Design the packaging structure, according to the product feature and brand identity, define the production process, make sure the feasibility of mass production of the packaging.
- Create the die cut by computer, and deliver the drawing to the supplier, discussion and adaption if need, helping produce the mock up.
- Checking the mock up packaging, including size, material, safety during the transportation.
- Preparing the working steps for production line after the mock up validation, providing the die cut to graphic designer for packaging layout, filing the die cut on server, and build up naming rules for users.
1.2 Material knowledge
Well understanding the different material feature, usage, and price, helping product manager on packaging budget control.
1.3 Collect feedback
Be responsible for the ongoing projects, and the adaptation for the feedback on the previous packaging projects.
2. Graphic design 40%
- Simple packaging preparation
- Graphic design work (name card, leaflet…)
- Simple photo retouching (remove background, add lighting effect…)
- Arrange the photos/files at server, and delivery to the partners/clients
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
任职资格：
1. Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or Packaging Engineering major.
全日制本科，平面设计或包装工程专业毕业。
2. Familiar with the packaging design for consumer products, such as: color box, blisters, window box.
熟悉消费品包装结构设计，如：彩盒，吸塑，纸托，带窗口包装盒。
3. Familiar with design software, such as: illustrator, photo shop.
熟悉专业设计软件, 如：illustrator, photoshop.
4. Has basic design ability, able to design color box independently.
有基本设计能力，能独立完成彩盒。
5. Proficient in oral and written English.
英语读写熟练。
6. Good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
