Pei Tong is a Joint Venture between MGA Entertainment and Treasure Dynasty Limited formed specifically to drive strong profit results in Mainland China.

Mission

This is a crucial role within a globally-minded company, and requires assuming overall day-to-day P&L responsibility for our China business as well as the development and execution of the Company’s plans for the purpose of ensuring profitability. Duties and responsibilities also include the development of multiple successful market and also business opportunities, each of which generates long-term profitable revenue.In addition, this role will be responsible for collaborating with external partners, while working with the Global Management Team on the strategic development and growth of our properties in the Chinese market.

Key Result Areas

1. Management of Operations and Infrastructure
2. Drive business through leading cross-functional teams
3. Execute strategies to drive company revenue targets in the Chinese market
4. Oversee Business Development and P&L

Position Requirements

1. Management of Global Operations and Manufacturing
2. Management of Global Sourcing, Purchasing and Supply Chain
3. Management of Distribution (Logistics and Warehousing)
4. Management of IT
5. Management of Sales

Education/Experience

1. Minimum of 15 years Sales/Operations/Business Management experience with a proven track record as a GM of successful and sizable retail brand, preferable CPG
2. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
3. Previous Toy and/or Entertainment experience in the Toy Market is strongly desired
4. Must have strong Sales and Business Development track record
5. Strong cultural and structural understanding of the Chinese market
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, International Business required
7. Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, International Business strongly preferred
8. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
9. Entrepreneurial minded with strong leadership skills and strong understanding of CPG business
