职位描述

This role has the following major areas of responsibility:
1.OPEN Reach/Frequency/Yield:Works with Distis/Disti PAMS, Area Business Development Manager and customer team to create territory plan (based on breadth analytics modeling tools) to build required local reseller sales coverage ("reach") of nonmanaged VARs, increase number of reseller transactions per month ("frequency") and increase reseller average deal size ("yield").
Work with Distributor PAM to develop joint Disti marketing plans that increase sales activation of non-managed Partners and drive Breadth reseller and SBSC / SuperVARs channel sales activation. Implements sales/licensing readiness and tailored offers, including cross-sell and up-sell.
2.Build marketing plans to attain SBSC enrollment targets and increasepenetration of % of SBSCs selling OPEN.
3.Build marketing plans to attain Action Pack enrollment targets
4.Execute Breadth campaign demand through Partners: Serves as point person within partner team for Some IT customer campaigns; develops plans to land and extend breadth partner promotions and offers to drive uptake.
5.Build marketing plans to increase the # of partners utilizing sales and licensing resources (e.g., LicenseWise, Global Offer partner portal page).
6.Build marketing plans to build partner capacity of net new partners selling SPLA, ISV Royalty, as needed, per sub.

Core competences required:
1.3-5 years experience in direct or broad-scale marketing with proven results
2.Bachelors degree; Master's degree preferred
3.Partner Channel or field experience
