JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENT
Position Title: Personal Assistant to Chief Executive
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
? Assisting CE in handling and coordinating all daily activities, including but not limited to meeting arrangement, greeting and receiving guests, driver and transportation arrangement, etc.
? Handling information from different channels such as telephone calls, mails, letters, faxes properly to ensure information provided to the CE is well filtered and organized.
? Travel arrangement including planning and following up agenda, booking tickets, accommodations and local transporation.
? Taking meeting minutes and assisting in the compilation of meeting presentation materials.
? Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing and company chops management
? Coordinate with colleagues for tasks assigned by the CE
? Handle CE's personal matters if necessary
? Providing administrative and HR support, such as organizing company and employees events and activities.
Requirements:
? Good command of spoken and written English.
? Good communication and people skills,
? Possess excellent multi-tasking and time management skills, able to deal with pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
? Passionate, proactive, and willing to meet challenges.
? Good MS Office like Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
? Basic accounting knowledge and Cantonese language skill is a plus.
? College or above degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
