Mission:

The mission of this role is to:
Coordinate activities in the L&V branch to achieve Customer Satisfaction for Quality
Customer interface for Quality matters ( Quality in development, in production and after sales) in the L&V branch

3.Monitor and Control the conformity on Development and Production processes

B.General Functions and tasks
1.Set targets in line with Group/Asia quality objectives
2.Develop the Quality Improvement Plan and tools to achieve the quality objectives and physical indicators in his or her perimeter
3.Deploy the Quality culture within his/her perimeter
4.Manage Quality network in his or her perimeter
5.Represent Customer within L&V on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation)
6.Validate the conformity of products/process during development including suppliers components:
7.Accountable for Project Quality deliverables
8.Accountable for Initial Sample validation before Customer submission
9.Audit / Improve the implementation of Quality System in his or her perimeter according to Group/Asia guidelines
10.Contribute to the knowledge management of Quality people within the L&V Branch

C.Role Requirements
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related
2.Over 15 years quality working experience in manufacturing companies, especially At least 5 year of working experience in Automotive industry, rich experience in quality system and on-site quality 3.management. Preferably with electric motor and actuator working experience
4.Familiar with the TS16949, VDA6.3/VDA6.5, Ford Q1, Formal Q preferred
5.Familiar with quality management tools such as APQP,FMEA, Six Sigma etc
6.Good analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and a team builder.
7.Can read, write and speak good English; Able to speak Japanese is an added advantage.
8. Knowledge on CMMI and Spice Quality system is an added advantage. 举报 分享
