Main Responsibilities

Assign QC team’s work and coordinate with other internal departments according to production priorities to ensure the sampling, testing and releasing for production environment, Raw materia (RM), Packing material (PM), water, finished goods and traded products completed on time so that the on time shipment metric can be maintained at a high level. 根据生产的优先次序安排并协调QC团队的工作以及与内部客户的协作来确保及时对生产环境（空气质量、微生物）、原材料（原料和包装材料）、纯化水、成品和贸易产品的取样、监测、检验和放行来达成并维护公司准时交货率的指标。
Set up the specification and test method for RM/PM, intermediates and finished goods in compliance with the requirements from headquarter regulations and customers.建立本地的符合总部要求、国家的法规要求以及客户特殊要求的原材料、中间体和成品具有可操作性的质量标准。
Manages performance and development of QC team members through objective setting, reviews and coaching. 通过目标设定、绩效评估和辅导来管理QC团队的绩效及员工的发展。
Provides effective leadership values (inspiration and motivation towards a common goal) to the team；Acts as a role model for the team; Provides mentorship and guidance based on own experiences.为团队提供有效的领导（激励和鼓舞他人去实现共同的目标）；分享自己的知识与技能；能够作为团队的榜样；为团队成员提供辅导，分享自己的经验。
Cooperate with purchasing and production departments to make continuous improvements on QC related SOPs.与采购、生产等部门合作，持续改进和更新的QC相关SOP。
Ensure QC operations are in compliance with GMP/ISO and HQ requirements. The measurement will be the number of major findings and observations from customer audits, internal and external audits. 确保QC的运行符合GMP/ISO和总部的要求.该项工作将通过在客户审计和内外部审计中发现的相关不符合项及观察项的数量来衡量。
Ensure QC persons and facilities in safe conditions, no loss time due to safety issue. 确保QC实验室的人员和设施安全运行, 无因安全问题产生的损工损时的事件发生。
Arrangement the team’s work to ensure calibrations to be completed as planned. 协调相应人员的工作安排，来保障计量设备的按照计划要求校验。
Ensure good management for retaining samples of RM/PMs and finished goods so that the retaining samples are maintained in good quality and easy to be found. 协调相应人员的工作安排, 保障留样的管理SOP的实施以使留样保存质量（温湿度受控，不污染完好并），方便查询。
Participate the investigations for customer complaints and internal non-conformances etc. 参与客户投诉和内部偏差的调查和处理。
Participate customer audits and internal audit. 参与客户的质量审核和公司内部的质量审核。
QC testings for validations and other investigations. 配合验证和其它实验调查的检验工作。

Requirements：

A minimum of university degree or above in pharmaceutical or chemical disciplines. 药学或分析化学等相关专业，本科或以上毕业;
A minimum of 5 years QC experience in the pharmaceutical industry, familiar with GMP. 5年以上药厂QC工作经验, 熟悉GMP;
Has experience of managing a team is preferred. 有团队管理的经验优先考虑。
Strong skills in English language 流利的英语读写能力和英语听说能力；
Good communication skills and team work 良好的表达能力有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
Licensed pharmacist is preferred.执业药师优先考虑
