服装设计师助理

Works on design development process, from concept to delivery, by contributing original, trend-appropriate design concepts that meet market needs and drive sales, and ensuring the timely execution of each stage in the process.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist and take direction from Senior Designer(s) for preliminary design research, including competitive analysis; pull fabrics, develop concepts, assemble presentation boards for meetings, prepare mock-ups, color-ups, inspirational photos
协助并落实资深设计师的初步设计构想方向，包括竞争分析；拉面料，开发概念，整理简报会议，准备样板，色彩及样图展现

Assist in development of initial seasonal design category in context of larger assortment
在更大的范畴中协助开发季节性原创设计

Assist in development of seasonal products with a focus on style, fit and fabric
协助开发季节性产品，侧重于风格，合身及面料

Identify and recommend recourses insuring new ideas, both internally and externally, and conduct ongoing competitor research/trend analysis
识别并确保推荐资源，内部和外部具有创新思路并进行持续的竞争对手研究/趋势分析

Collaborate and communicate with key partners throughout the design process including Merchandising, Marketing and Product Development
在整个设计过程和关键人员协作并沟通到位，包括采购，营销及产品开发

Skills and Requirements:
技能要求

? Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented

? Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, meticulous and creative
  能够完成多任务工作并满足期限；高度重视细节，细致及创意
  
? Basic knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, silhouettes, color ways, sewing techniques, fabrication and trim.
  服装构造，服装制图，轮廓制作，色彩方式，缝纫技术，制造工艺和装饰的基本知识

? University Degree in Fashion Design
  服装设计本科学历
  
? 1 plus years related experience and/or training in apparel
  1 年以上相关经验和/或服装行业培训

? Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products and Mac computers; knowledge of CAD preferable
  精通微软办公软件，精通AI，PS ，Adobe产品和Mac电脑， 有CAD技能优先 举报 分享
