Job Description:
A. Identify training needs to get expected training and development results.
B. Identify and follow up IDP, and achieve good result to support organization development.
C. Accomplish annual training plan based on training needs.
D. Implement NHO and OJT, and continuous improve training effectiveness.
E. Develop the team of internal trainer.
F. Design training contents & deliver courses
G. Analyses the training result and improve training delivery.
H. Implement all employee relationship actives base on the annual plan.
I. DL and IDL recruiting
J. Assigns other tasks from direct supervisor.
Job requirement:
A. Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5+ years of Training, employee relationship or Human resource management related experience in foreign companies. And had certificate of trainer is preferred.
B. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
C. Strong influence, coaching and presentation skills.
D. Good computer skills, especially in office.
