1) About 5 years of product development experience on fashion bag for international brands or have experience for out door brand, expecially nike & adidas is preferred

2) Good knowledge for material sourcing and quality

3) Familiar and experience in the bag construction;(leather bag is advangages);

4) Work independently with good organization skill and work under pressure

5) Skillful in English listening & writting & speaking , CET-6 or above.
