职位描述：
Job Purpose:
Independently manage multiple and complex projects and work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties. Decisions have directly impacts to the success of projects. Task can be very different and require prompt and accurate judgement.
Key areas of accountability:
? Lead teams of engineering, purchasing, quality, and supply chain along with PCP team to bring new product from concept start to mass production on-time, on-budget and on-quality and own overall project responsibility.
? Cooperate with project manager for the whole process of project management from request from quotation to mass production.
? Bridging global cooperation with multifunctional team in different location for assigned projects. Work with global teams on product specification, quality expectation, timeline etc.
? Develop and maintain a detailed master project schedule with team input, plan and ensure resources are available for the projects. Drive and control project progress and ensure each stage is aligned with the plan and targets.
? Lead the team on evaluations of project risks, supplier base, design feasibility, process and overall schedule and resources. Make decisions based on business program needs and team input and judgement of priority.
? Involve milestone meeting with PCP and manufacture team during the product life cycle, drive problems to be solved efficiently.
? Provide coaching to team members on problem solving and competency improvement in the process. 举报 分享
