7. Major Responsibilities
A. Production Management Support - % of time = 50%
? Prepare and Implement the production plan to ensure the shop order to be finished in time.
? Keep the records of production based on the work instruction.
? Count the indirectly materials weekly.
? Update the daily report of production.
? Keep the shop orders running smoothly for the star warehouse of CL facility.
? Report the exception order based the procedure.
? Keep the documents online used condition and update the them in time.
B. Quality and process support - % of time =30%
? Evaluate test and inspection results, make professional conclusions and kept record in relevant control documents.
? To train and promote employees quality requirement, awareness.
? Organize the maintenance of the Equipment in accordance with the requirements of TPM plan.
? Update the report of date for incoming inspection.
? Implement the quarantine based on the quarantine report from T&Q.
C. Manage & Develop Team - % of time = 10%
? Report the operator absent and keep the record.
? To train and promote employees safety operation requirement, awareness.
D. 5S Management - % of time =5%
? To train and promote employees 5S requirement, awareness.
? Maintain the 5S audit online and issue the results and solution.
E. Others - % of time = 5%
? Other project & tasks assigned.
