工作职责 Duty Description

This is a middle level management position in PCCW Solutions reporting to PRC head of Sales & marketing. The successful candidate will lead a strong Key/Named Account Sales team in PRC with focuses on providing strategic leadership, increasing sales opportunities, and generating revenue growth. He/She will have to achieve financial targets and to take accountabilities of developing new business. Major scope of responsibilities include the followings:

? Build, motivate, and coach the CMT Sales and North region sales teams to over-achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
?Represent Company in business development and sales activities for prospects, customers and partners in China, specifically for North region and for Communication/Media/Technology industries.
? Identify key/named accounts within CMT industries and develop new business opportunities from existing clients.
?Plan and give directions on sales strategies and activities to ensure deal propositions are commercially attractive to clients and the Company, while incorporating applicable risk premiums.
?Build collaborative relationships with key strategic business leaders to explore potential business opportunities.
? Provide forward-thinking initiatives to accomplish business objectives.
?Enhance competitive position and market share in local market by aggressively identifying new market opportunities, developing business leads, and maintaining good networking with existing accounts.

职位要求 Qualification

? Proven track record of target achievements and good business network in CMT sectors and commercial sectors.
? Minimum bachelor degree in sales, marketing, business management or other related major. MBA degree and IT consulting firm background preferred.
? Over 20 years sales & marketing working experience in IT industry focus on SI, enterprise solutions, IT consulting and cloud service.
? Strong management skill in leading sales & marketing teams in PRC with offices in key cities.
? A seasoned professional who understands customers’ business needs and is able to develop strategies for managing executive relationships with clients across different industries
? Strong business acumen with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
? Good command of both Chinese and English.
