职位描述：
1.Plan, staff, train and retain shift manufacturing personnel (production operators, line tech etc)
2.Execute successfully assembly Production plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly production plan)
3.Drive all continuous improvement effort, activities and initiatives related to manufacturing scope
4.Establish & promote team approach on production line
5.Ensure all manufacturing systems are established & comply to ISO 9000 & 14000 requirements
6.Ensure shift manufacturing discipline per company requirement and good manufacturing practice
7.Ensure supply of all manufacturing material (direct and indirect) used in the production area.
8.Drive all related parties (engineering, maintenance, Quality etc) to support manufacturing activities when needed
9.Provide input to management for operational budget
10.Review all Production performance indices periodically and tailor effective improvement plan if needed to drive quality, productivity, cost, cycle time and delivery performance bottom line
11.Implement supervision / coaching / motivation and evaluation of subordinator to ensure their performance meet the expectations
12.To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department
13.Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and also put forward amendment scheme in own responsible department, supervise the executing condition of the underling. 举报 分享
