Job Duties:

* Work with the vendors to secure the new products developed on time, and quality.

* Carry out the design evaluation on new products to ensure the construction of new products designed for manufacturing.

* Collaborate with QA/QC to improve the efficiency of the production setup of new products by setting quality standard and reviewing the fixture and securing line balance.

Requirements:

* Diploma holder of Textile, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

* At least 5-10 years experience in hard/soft toys.

* Strong technical knowledge of hard/soft toys.

* Knowledge in plastic products and the tooling is a must.

* Excellent organizational skills with strong analytical capability.

* Able to handle multi-tasks independently.

* Possess a high level of initiative and integrity.

* Can-do attitude, proactive, self-driven and forward thinking.

* Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
