Role accountabilities:
-Investigate data – based on the specific brief understand the types of data models and tools available to get to the right outcome
-Discovery work – work with data sets (e.g. macro-economic data) and comprehensively integrate the data
-Maintain excellent, effective working relationships, and act in an advisory capacity with key business partners including: Global Insights, S&OP, Sales, Customers, Agencies and consultants
-Identify high-value topics outside of the current B2B insights agenda and surface "blind spots" we understand poorly today, as well as hypothesising stakeholders/ customer segment future needs.
-Identify and interpret of trends in customer, segment, and consumer behaviours with the aim to increase effectiveness of our product/ services for the customer, as well as identifying opportunities to increase growth for mutual benefit
-Apply insights to deliver competitive, commercially grounded growth opportunities
-Make critical connections that align to the problem you are solving and develop a solid well-written story that recommends beneficial courses of action for the market development objectives
-Examine and analyse large amounts of data of a variety of types to uncover hidden patterns, unknown relationships and other useful information to identify issues & opportunities left untapped by conventional business intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
-Market insights experience (5-8 years), Research Agency/Consultancy experience (3-5 years)
-Ingredients industry knowledge
- Preferred to the one who have the experience of B2B
