Shop Manager (Ningbo)

Company
Our client is the in the field of jewelry. The company is founded in 1982. Their special and delicate design is popular with the customers. They have more than 1,000 partnerships and more than 90 exclusive shops in the world. They have the new shop in Ningbo. They need to find the shop manager.

Responsibility
? Ensure to complete all daily operation work
? Achieve sales target
? Customer relationship management
? Maintain the visual merchandising and shop environment standards to ensure brand image
? Ensure operations in shop are in line with company guideline
? Handle customer complaints and enquires
? Help the sales lady resolve the relevant problems in shop
? Stock management
? Be responsible for relevant reporting

Requirement
? Min. 2 years experiences for senior sales or supervisor position
? Good English on writing and speaking
? Good knowledge of fashion & luxury industry
? Good communication and interpersonal skill
? Good customer service skills
? Presentable proactive and detail focus
