职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Responsible for design, development and implementation of customized mechanical jig, fixtures, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Support purchasing and supplier quality engineers for mechanical parts sourcing and localization
CNC machine debug parameter.
Troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing issues related to injection molding process, tooling fabrication, stamping, die casting, cosmetic decorating and labeling.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in tool manufacturing and mechanical parts development.
Solid fixture and jig design experience, know how to debug CNC parameter.
Intermediate knowledge of part (plastic / sheet metal / die cast / extrusion) development and manufacturing processes.
Strong project management skills; orientation to detail analysis and milestone targets for multiple project.
To be good at molding consumer and high glossy parts, to be familiar with the plastic material, PC, PC/ABS, ABS, POM, PA6+GF, TPE,TPU, PPS,PEEK…etc.
