ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.

? Drive cooperate program execution, like FMS and lead vendor training for SE. Asia factory, like CFS and ASEAN FTA Training.
? Directs production activities with designated UA factory partners.
? Manages all purchase orders, material tracking reports, and drives detailed WIP tracking
? Lead capacity management ( Monitors, validates and negotiates)
? Monitors and reports our forecast accuracy at vendor level
? Provides shipment approvals regarding lead-time and shipment method
? Reports and escalates all issues within UA Factory partners and works with Sourcing and Development Manager to resolve issues in timely manner
? Holds factory partners accountable for all committed dates and deadlines
? Communicates and drives UNDER ARMOUR production objectives
? Proactive in identifying ways to reduce production lead-time, increase productivity and sustain results.
? Identifies and solves potential mass production issues at early stage.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

? 3-5 years of working experience with supply / demand planning, inventory management, or demonstrated track record in statistical base forecasting and scheduling a plus
? Bachelor’s Degree required
? Strong experience in supply chain management or global sourcing with a strong focus on project and vendor management
? Organized and detail orientated.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills with focus on email / conference communication.
? Strong organizational skills with multitasking capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills demonstrating an ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of large to very large scope and complexity, often creating or revising company policies in the process
? Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as strong knowledge of SAP or other similar enterprise wide MRP system
? Ability to work well with and lead factory employees
? Strong sense of self-initiative and management
? Must be capable of managing priorities effectively and be able to identify and recommend best course of action from several alternatives. Ability to perform structured decision-making on a daily basis without sacrificing strategic objectives

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

? Excellent English skills. Should have at least 5 years of experience in working with a multi-national company.
? Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence in Chinese and English. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from their counterparts at UA HQ, their team mates, factory partners, various groups of vendor representatives, clients, customers and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

? Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
? Excel expert is preferred.

REASONING ABILITY:

? Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

? This is factory base but will require travel between factories daily.
