Job Description
- Design and implement priority client management and engagement plan;
- Work with business teams to collect client feedback and share the best practices;
- Be one of the main points of contact on CRM support and enquiries;
- Promote client centric culture within the organization such as coordinating Service Excellence Award;
- Manage CRM data to identify business trends and opportunities, and ascertain service gap on priority clients;
- Conduct regular tracking and reporting on data quality, identify issues and recommend solutions;
Qualifications
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of solid client relations experience, preferably in multinational companies;
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients at high level and internal business teams;
- Ability to embrace new technology in daily works;
- Think laterally and multi-tasking, with own initiatives;
- Strong organizational skills and able to work autonomously with minimum supervision;
- Team player;
- Flexible and adaptable;
- Attention to details;
- Experience in implementing / using CRM or similar system will be an advantage;
- Good command of Mandarin and English;
- Strong presentation skills and use of MS Office
