General Description
Enhance on high quality services focus on customers’ expectation, with timely, efficiency and providing accuracy information to minimize customer complaints.
Specific Accountabilities
· Process inbound and outbound daily operation. Contact with inbound suppliers or outbound ODM for shipment document. Make sure all inbound outbound document/customs doc/system operation is 100% veracity.
· Ensure that all customer order is fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customer on a timely manner
· Communicate effectively with other departments to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure
· Track and trace shipments where necessary, I.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customer
· Preparation of monthly performance reports to the Logistic Customers
· Receive and action special requirements or instructions from the Customer and produce.
· Coordinate and schedule in-country transport movements-collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor
· Raise personal training needs with Supervisor to support other activities
· Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the management
Skills Required
· Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
· Fluent of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
· Willing to work overtime when required
· Computer literate in Word and Excel
Experience and Qualifications
· Diploma in Logistics or related disciplines
· Minimum 2 years related working experience in air freight forwarding / shipping / logistics field
