Responsibilities:
1.Responsible to set & meet equipment engineering goals & make recommendation & implementation
2.Drive to continuous improve quality, performance, productivity & profitable
3.Drive to improve equipment utilization & cycle time goals
4.Make sure effective PM system implemented
5.Drive on equipment engineering improvement projects, both for equipment engineering scope & depth
6.Good corporation with manufacturing
7.Staffing & performance management
8.Clear all shop floor 5S & EHS concerns
9.Drive on suppliers quality & team up OEMs to optimize & make improvement
10.Build equipment engineering performance management system
11.Implement SPC system
12.Groom area engineers for all assembly operations on engineering knowledge & skills
13.Implement supervision / coaching / motivation and evaluation of subordinator to ensure their performance meet the expectations.

    

Requirements:
1. University Graduate or Relevant Experience in engineering mechanical or other relevant major
2. Strong shop floor management & leadership skill
3. Experiences with statistics, optimization, and high speed processes
4. Strong experience with Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
5. Knowledge and experience about process design is preferred
6. Knowledge and experience about project management is preferred
7. At least 8 years of work experience in some or all of the following areas: equipment engineering, quality improvement, project management.
