This person will play a key role in the Dezan Shira & Associates (DSA) by driving new project opportunity results through online research, tracking, distribution, reporting and dissemination across our many offices. By developing relationships with our marketing team and office advisors globally, this person is the heart beat of opportunity information relating to our professional services projects, in the markets we serve, driving responsiveness for clients and insights for the firm. This is an entry level position with an opportunity for advancement in marketing or a DSA technical disciplines.
Key duties/responsibilities:
Market Research & Coordination
? Research company information online, to complete the profiles of new inbound project opportunities;
? Performing company online research and communications for outbound campaigns and segmentation;
? Distribution and bridging of new project opportunities to appropriate DSA specialists, according to their account, opportunity and situational profile;
? Track opportunities internally by diligently following up with DSA specialists, to ensure that each new opportunity achieves an accurate and appropriate outcome in a timely manner;
Information, Reporting and other Responsibilities
? Communicate with DSA offices across Asia to collect regular reports for collation;
? Provide professionally formatted, accurate campaign and opportunity reports regularly and on-time;
? Work within and maintain prospect and customer information within DSA’s CRM and software systems;
? Assist with continually improving our opportunity tracking standardization, accuracy and meaningful insights;
? Update the company CRM software systems with accurate opportunity and client information;
? Support DSA Marketing BD and Advisory professionals with administrative support;
? Keep abreast of DSA’s latest publications every day, to continually enhance your knowledge;
? Develop an understanding DSA’s services which relate to foreign investment, legal, tax, and accounting;
Requirements
Educational background and technical knowledge
? Bachelor degree or higher;
? At least 2 years of work experience in a multinational company, within a cross-organizational role;
? Excellent reporting skills in Microsoft Excel, plus strong Microsoft office suite (Powerpoint and Word),
? Previous experience with CRM and ERP software is a strong plus
Language abilities
? Business-level English writing and speaking language skills; Other languages are a plus.
Key skills
? Accurate, diligent and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
? Friendly and persistent with effective communication skills;
? Multi-tasks and works efficiently and independently, under deadline;
? Works very effectively within (and enjoys) diverse multicultural and multi-linguistic teams;
