职位描述：
工作职责：
· Monitor, maintain and update the standard cost structure; Analysis std cost comparing with engineering cost and validate all related cost change 
· Prepare monthly closing for costing, issue cost analysis report and identify the cost improvement opportunities on time and accurately 
· Standardize expense accounting for plant, including daily PO and payment review, monthly accrual analysis and project management for plant expenditure. 
· Inventory management, quarterly review and prevision accrual per group policy; physical cycle counting on a regular basis. 
· Issue plant related variance analysis report in all major areas, Provide financial analytical support to manufacturing/Operation personnel to identify cost issue to improve efficiency; 
· Responsible for Statistical data prepared monthly, i.e. operation review slides 
· Driving the factory SOP improvement. 
· Acting as key user for ERP module, release shipment from ERP per group policy
任职要求：
· Diploma and above degree in accounting/finance; 
· With at least 5 years cost accounting experience; 
· Proficient in US GAAP and IFRS; 
· Proficient in Cost control and analysis; 
· Proficiency in Excel, Familiar with SAP; 
· Familiar with SOX is prefer; 
· Basic in Communication and interpersonal skills; 
· Good English both in reading, listening, written and speaking 
· Working experience in electronic manufacturing environment is preferred 举报 分享
