工作职责:
-Ensure effective communication with customers through regular visits and conducting monthly performance reviews together with the respective sales managers/country industry development managers
-Prepare timely and accurate reports as required by Country Manager and regional office, for the purposes of evaluating performance and formulating strategies.
-Establish relationship and work closely with their governing bodies and members
-Establish relationship and work closely with their governing bodies and members
-Plan, organize and direct Business Development Group through day-to-day management in order to achieve targeted revenues and profitability.
-Ensure open communication of management policies and business strategies among business development group
-Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
-Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective functional department.
-Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
-Conduct performance appraisal, including coaching of sales personnel through Sales Force Assessment and Effectiveness Program.
-Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
-Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
-Hire, train, coach, motivate, supervise and evaluate Business Development Executives
任职资格:
-Bachelor and above, at least 5 years related work exp
-Good organization skill
-Excellent Microsoft Excel and PPT skills
-Good local thinking and analytical skills
-Customer Focus
-Basic consultative skill
-Ability to influence people
-Good negotiation skill
-Good written and spoken English
-Good interpersonal skills
-Independent worker
-Ability to work under stress
