工作职责：
Production Quality Senior Engineer/Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE
Ensure in line product quality meets the company definition and international standard.

Major Activities
Recognized for the highest level of technical expertise in quality analysis.
Incumbents require a thorough understanding of a number of disciplines.
Supervise a team of QC analysis to ensure production output meets appropriate quality standards.
A member of MRB team for production line non conformance material disposition and control.
Responsible for regular, internal quality audit on production line.
Establish and maintain QC documents, including QC procedure, criteria and relevant specification.
Outgoing product quality data collection, analysis, plan and implement continuous improvement.
Provide training in new procedures to production QC staff.
Responsible for quality engineering as well as providing support to in-process quality operations.
Suggest and debate alternative methods and procedures in solving problems and meeting changing market opportunities.
The defect & root cause analysis of customer technical complaint.
Setting down the containment & corrective action plan and monitor & ensure that it is carried – out.
Handling other quality issues presented by sales team.

任职要求：
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or above, majored in mechanical or electronic engineering.

Relevant Experience
More than 3 years working experience in IC industry work experience.
Knowledge of ISO9000, QS9000.
Quality department or after sales technical support experience is high appreciated.

Able to work under high pressure and good analytical and organizational skills.
Fluent in problem analysis & decision making.
Good communication skill.
