职位描述：
1. Mission(职位使命）
e-commerce strategy , operation, and accountable for E-commerce Channels & online sales

2. Main Duties （主要职责）
2.1 Drive online sales revenue
2.2 Select supplier for every band and build and maintain relationships with outside suppliers and partners in order to contribute to the efficient operation of the organization.
2.3 Oversee concept development, strategizing, planning, implementation, and coordinating of e-commerce initiatives.
2.4 Play a key role in the company’s go-to-market process, and maintain a close relationship with the brand marketing team,
2.5 Contribute to the product strategy for the Company's online services. Design brand events with suppliers to attract online customer
2.6 Continue to drive a multi-channel focus, presenting a unified, customer-centric view of our brands,
2.7 Influence the fulfillment and returns handling aspects of the e-commerce business, in partnership with the distribution center. Drive decisions on packaging, delivery options and service levels.
2.8 Frame and map opportunities based current trends to maximize sales.
2.9 Develop strategies to deliver financial plans (sales, margin, contribution, inventory turns).
2.10 Partner with Finance, Marketing, Service and Planning Departments to forecast weekly/monthly sales,
2.11 Accountable for exhibition design and distributors’ shop design

3. QUALIFICATION （任职资格）
a. Level knowledge & experience知识, 经验要求
3.1 Know about the e-commerce background , approve the enterprise strategy, familiar with enterprise situation; Have the ability to manage the online store independently, and have management experience of online store;
3.2 Know about e-commerce business knowledge and online business process; Be familiar with the work of each department; Good communication skills and strong execution
3.3 Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial function
3.4 Strong project /channel / on line management experience in China and demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse environments of multinational companies is required.
3.5 Good at English in written

中山地址：Dorel Juvenile在中山目前有新旧两个办公区。新办公区在东升镇葵兴大道202号，目前生产车间以及与生产相关的办公室员工已搬至新区。旧办公区在葵兴大道28号，目前R&D，HR&Admin，Finance等部门仍在旧区办公。一般情况下，面试多安排在旧区。
