职位描述：
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop development tools and programming tools for the RC products;
负责开发RC产品的系统开发工具 和编程工作；
? Handle new project software development and circuit design;
负责新项目的软件开发和线路板设计；
? Heavily involve in application level software design and development for various reference designs;
主要负责应用程序软件设计和开发各种参考设计；
? Coordinate with hardware team and vendors, explore on market trends and technical solutions;
协助硬件部门和供应商了解市场发展的趋势和提供相应的技术解决方案；
? Create and research new concept & technology in MCU development territory.
开发设计新概念和新技术的MCU概念性的产品。

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
? Degree holder in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines;
电子工程和计算机相关科学技术专业背景；
? 5 years or above experience for MCU solution development in toys industry;
具备5年或以上的MCU产品开发经验，有玩具产品行业的开发经验更佳；
? Experienced in Assembly Language and be familiar with Elan, Sonix or Nuvoton MCU;
拥有汇编语言的经验，熟练运用Elan, Sonix or Nuvoton 编程工具；
? Experienced in RC product development such as RC Helicopter, Plane and Car;
擅长遥控产品的软件开发，如：遥控车，遥控飞机，无人机等产品；
? 2.4G solution development experience preferred;
具备2.4G方案设计经验更佳；
? With experience in RC toys is an advantage;
有遥控玩具相关经验更佳；
? Good communication skills including fluent written and spoken English;
良好的英文基础水平；
? Candidate with less experience will be considered as Software Engineer.
