1. Responsible for planning/analysis in conjunction with the Financial Planning teams efforts on BMPs and BMPs Updates. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing actual results against the plan notifying management of potential issues.
2. Provide account analysis to corporate as requested.
3. Responsible for processing accounts payable weekly and timely; running check runs and reviewing for accuracy. The QORVO Corporate Accounts Payable Supervise will print out the Accounts Payable listing for China and obtain the proper approval. Prior to payment the incumbent must ensure approval is maintained. Responsible for all the PR’s release in level ZG in SAP.
4. Responsible for ensuring all expense items are properly recorded monthly, quarterly and annually; examples include expense report processing, all invoice entered and posted, commissions payments, credit payments paid, utilities paid etc.
5. Act as a liaison between accounts payable, receiving and purchasing to ensure issues are handled appropriately and the expenses are being book accurately. Example: Many of the Invoice payments will be based on the Goods Receipt process in the receiving area. It is very important that the POs, and Receipts are being processed accordingly or the expenses are being booked incorrectly.
6. Responsible for maintaining adequate control procedures in accounts payable. Manual processing should be minimal and well documented. Transactions should be processed through the appropriate Accounts Payable processes in SAP.
7. Responsible for maintaining the fixed asset sub ledger for China in SAP. Including: Creating Internal Orders, creating assets, running depreciation for 5001, and completing entries in PRC Special Ledger that is not recorded in SAP (i.e. Compare book area 01 to PRC area 30 depreciation). The incumbent is responsible for analyzing the sub ledger for accuracy.
