职位描述：

Qualifications:

1、 Diploma in clothing technology or related disciplines;

2、 5 years or above working experience with intimate apparel;

3、 Well versed in product design,intimate apparel sewing operations,and pattern knowledge;

4、 Knowledgeable in work study and SMV calculation softwares such as GSD;

5、 With good leadership and communication skills;

6、 Good command of both English and Chinese.

Job Description:

1、 Analyze samples with the end view of coming up with a technically designed product and optimum/practical bill of operations suitable for bulk manafacturing employing the least cost;

2、 Adapt garment engineering principles to the product aimed at providing conditions for setting up equitable sewing standards;

3、 Feedback to the Technical/IE Manager if there are deficiencies on the original design and seek/advise improvement proposals whenever necessary;

4、 Establish accurate operations bulletin procedures for each product;

5、 Provide training to IE staff on garment engineering in order to strengthen their knowledge and skills;

6、 Be sensitive to all issues of changes and their impact on the products'costing, pattern design, and operational specifications;

7、 Seek advise as necessary with the Technical/IE manager on technical related problems.
