General Engineer R&D Department
Company
Our client is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of aerial work platforms and telehandlers.
Location : Changzhou

Responsibility
? Should have experience in supplier quality assurance system as well as sourcing and supply chain
management experience in machinery manufacturing company;
? Must be knowledgeable on development activity like supplier selection, supplier audit, supplier approval, improvement as per audit findings;
? Process audit and Validation of initial samples; Good understanding of PPAP process and quality tools like process FMEA, control plan, measurement system analysis and SPC, drawing reading, specification understanding.
? Ensure that suppliers master their tools, self and final inspection....
? Monitor and ensure the robustness of supplier’s industrial processes, achieving of quality objectives, improvement plans.
? Follow up of non-quality and ensure the relevance of causal analysis and efficiency actions implemented
? Knowledge of machining/electrical/ hydraulic processes.
? Be familiar with steel parts process of welding /cutting /machining / painting …etc (must)
? Ensure control of suppliers of rank 2
? Ready to travel as per requirement, visit supplier and conduct audit.


Requirements
Education & Experience
? Have a good knowledge of quality tools such 8D, FMEA, PPM, Poka Yoka and process control (capability, lean…).
? with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industry, in a plant, where the employee had acquired a global vision of all /or part of the various jobs: research, purchase, logistics, quality ...
? The new employee speaks a perfect English (TOEIC> 900),
? Good communicator, organized, and methodical.
? The spirit of a "pioneer", the desire to work in an international environment and to achieve projects ...
? Live in China.
? French will be more appreciated, or Chinese study in France
