Job description:
- lead a team of program specialist
- key customer relationship management
- problem solving, cost, price, CBD management
- goal setting and achieving targets
- head up customer visits, meetings, communication, service and interactions
- overall timeline management
- deligate work amongst functional teams & support teams

Responsibilities:
- day to day communication with customers, factories & internal teams
- direct email & telephone conversation with customers, conference calls
- supervise new product development life cycle
- supervise a team of program specialists, work load review & resource allocation
- development schedule, timeline management, time to market, Gantt chart
- ISO conformance and mainteance
- cost vetting & negotiations, VAT
- build up a good relationship with customers

Qualifications
- 12 years or above merchandising experience with consumer products (prefered to include carry cases, phone cases, tablet folios, bag & accessories, synthetic, leather)
- have 5 years or above supervisory or management work experiences
- college graduate / English level 6, able to communicate well in English & Chinese for both written & verbal
- have good time management skills, good people skills
- detail minded, open minded, confident
- able to work independently, proactive, and a good team player
- able to work under constant pressure
- demonstrable experience in influencing and managing people that do not report to you 举报 分享
