职位描述：
TAO is seeking several qualified Firmware Engineers with strong expertise to join our innovative product development from concept to release. You will need to conduct these projects with a strong sense of time, cost and quality, understanding of available technologies, and building good technical relationship with suppliers is essential.

To accelerate the business development of our world class smart home lighting products, you will join our R&D team in Shenzhen office to work on the design, development, verification and delivery of different range of lighting solutions.

This role is responsible for the firmware design and implementation in project development.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in specification, design and implementation review with peers.
2. Analyze technical requirements and build firmware module designs
3. Responsible for wireless connectivity platform for the lighting control system
4. Write and review engineering design documentation and code review
5. Design quality embedded system software for different lighting product systems
6. Closely work with electronic engineers to design, platform bring up, debugging, and implement new functions/features of future smart home product range
7. Deliver the firmware package per project development schedule



Requirements 要求:
  
1. Master or Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, software engineering, or related discipline.
2. 3+ years working experience on Embedded/Firmware development and verification (Experienced candidate will be considered for the senior position)
3. Strong C language programming and debugging
4. Familiar with WiFi, Bluetooth/BLE etc, experiences of Bluetooth profiles is a plus, also UDP/TCP/IP/MQTT etc
5. Proficient in MCU/SoC firmware development
6. Familiar with hardware interface like GPIO, PWM, I2C, I2S, UART, SPI etc.
7. Proficient in embedded OS (freeRTOS, embedded linux etc.), including memory management, system call, process scheduling, IPC, etc.
8. Strong at problem analyzing and solving.
9. Understand firmware quality assurance, testing and validation methodology
10. Eager to learn, team-working, and good communications
11. Good working attitude, constructively & professionally
