Job Description:
主要为公司签约的IT外包客户做电脑/网络/服务器等的维护：
Outsourcing for maintainence of PC/Network/Server and etc:
1、现场解决客户计算机软、硬件技术问题；服务器硬件维护/备份管理等服务器维护事宜。
Be respoinsible for onsite solving tech problems of software and hardware, server hardware maintainence/backup and other related maintaince tasks.
2、外包客户有定期与不定期上门的,根据客户需求做好维护工作。
According to customer's requirement to provide regular or irrgular onsite maintainence.
3、日常工作的系统录入、撰写工作文档和及时提交工作报告。
System recording for daily work, making working files and working reports in time.
4、客户专用软件的技术支持。
Tech support for customer's exclusive software.
5、客户经理交办的其他工作。
Other tasks arranged by customer manager.
6、服从公司分配安排任务。
Obey arranged tasks.
7、良好的客户沟通技巧和端正的客户服务态度
Good communication skills, good customer service awareness and attitude.
任职条件：
Requirement:
1、1年以上技术支持工作经验，精通各种客户端的支持,比如Windows/Office/LAN(wins/dns/tcp/ip)；
At least 1 year working experirence on Tech Support, be familiar with all kinds of client support, such as Windows/office/LAN((wins/dns/tcp/ip)；
2、能独立地完成网络管理，能解决与网络有关的各种问题；
Network management and solve all kinds of problems related with network.
3、较强的分析、解决问题的能力,良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Better analysis and trouble shooting capacity, good communication and team working spirt.
