职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

* Data Capture
- Experience in data mining technique and procedure and knowing when their use is appropriate, ie oil price, rubber, cotton market trend….etc.
- Collaboration with related team develop and maintain a database for raw material market trend necessary for projects and department function.
- Acquire and abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources.
- Identify, analyze and interpret market trend
- Develop graphs, reports and presentation of project results

* Analyze and compare current footwear costing practice.
- Collaborate with Materials Sourcing Team and Footwear Costing Teams for all footwear brands (Timberland, The North Face, Vans, Reef) to understand current costing practices.
- Analyze cost sheets from each brand to confirm practices and to identify similarities and differences across brands.

* Identify costing best practices and drive adoption.
- Gaining understanding of individual brand requirements and purpose for current practices, develop proposed best practices.
- Review industry practices outside of VF to create points of reference.
- Present and gain acceptance of best practices across footwear brands.
- Develop an implementation action plan for adoption across brands.
- Manage implementation driving adoption of agreed upon best practices.

* Document best practices to institutionalize process and standards for costing
- Create and maintain written documentation of approved/adopted footwear costing best practice.
- Distribute documentation to key stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates with:

1. 5 years’ Experience in a consumer goods manufacturing environment with extensive experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain. Footwear experience is essential.
2. Have communication with Buyers/ vendors. Excellent English/Chinese written and verbal communication skills is required.
3. College Degree, Information Management, Mathematics and Statistics degree preferred. 举报 分享
