Job Duties:
1)Take in charge of Buycoor’s internal control job.
2)Responsible for design and documentation of internal control processes and policies according to requirements of L’Oreal group;
3) Establish process and SOPs for relevant policies.
4) Communicate with management personnel to ensure policies and procedures are in place and fit for business operations;
5)Identify and resolve gaps / conflicts between paper work and practice and share best practices between different operating units;
6)Support to design process steps for roll out for , based on blue print in Europe.
Requirements:
1)Accounting or related bachelor degree with over 5 years of experience in internal process audit, process control, internal control. Related experience in Big 4 accounting firm or FMCG will be preferred.
2) Familiar with related national laws and regulations, skillful in business operations and internal process control methodology and technology.
3)Proficient in English and Mandarin.
4)Good communication and analysis skills, strong execution, logical thinking, careful and accountable.
5)Can work under pressure, and work as individual contributor.
6)With high Integrity and good team work.
