Accountabilities:

Have responsibility for assessing current and identifying potential proposed supplier organizations for ability to provide the company with innovative quality products at competitive costs and must have the ability to develop and implement strategic commodity plans supporting the initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Assess, Identify & develop potential capable suppliers for various products. Manage the Supplier Relationship.
2. Work with suppliers/NPD engineers/sustaining engineers in developing costing structure, especially in regards to accuracy and meeting performance targets. Quote and negotiate tooling and component pricing and delivery schedules
3. Offer solutions for production and material related issues with vendors and sub-vendors
4. Work with suppliers, quality, project management, marketing and engineering team to develop the products.
5. Help establish a supplier early involvement (SEI) process to work on cost options early in the product development process
6. Working with suppliers on their new innovations and helping the organization understand how we can benefit from these innovations.

Experience:

8 years and above of experience in Small home appliance industry

Functional Skills/Knowledge

？ Good experience on New project development and project management
？ Commodities sourcing and factory management experience for at least 5 years
？ Good command on commodities costing analysis and target costing
？ Willing to travel and working OT with tough schedule timeline management
？ Great initiatives for cost reduction and ECN control experience
