职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall management of the plant operations with keen focus in production, manufacturing engineering, Supply Chain(Sourcing, purchasing, logistic, Planning etc),Facility, EHS
To establish an environment of continuous improvement, resulting ever increasing targets, through the development of lean manufacturing and operations functional excellence across the plant
Ensure facility success through a properly trained workforce
Responsible for continuous wastage reduction and quality improvement
Make effective utilization of resource and production capacity
Ensure production environment safety and prevent any accidents in production
Provide leadership through effective communication, coaching, training and development
Establish and monitor overall plant performance in the areas of quality, cost, delivery, and safety
On time delivery to customers based on forecast and order
Continuously improve quality and productivity
Hiring, training and labor cost analysis and control
Material procurement, PPV, supplier development, transportation and import/export
HSE management
NPI project management

Requirement:
B.S. or above
More than 15 years manufacturing experience, at least 3 years equal position experience
Solid operation management experience in medical device or injection industry
MNC experience
Lean manufacture experience
Injection mould knowledge, and tooling background preferred.
Knowledge of FDA/CE/ISO
Strong in people management/development/communication/coordination
Integrity, accountable and self driven for excellence
Aggressive, have a good execution
