Objectives:

 - Ensure that necessary processes to the quality management system are defined, implemented and are maintained

- Inform the general manager regarding the quality management system and any needs for improvement

- Determine the quality system in order to reach the goals of the ADT regarding the quality of its services

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the activity of the quality department

- Implement and maintain the quality systems of ADT China

- Control the application of quality procedures

- Improve quality system especially according to referential conformity and taking care of clients’ willing.

- Point out referential evolutions of quality system

- Organize and participate in working group regarding quality improvements

- Carry out quality audits and ensure that corrective actions are applied

- Organize the management review

- Have authority to stop any activity for which some non-conformity was found implicating the quality of concerned services.

- Assist general manager to define the targets to reach in term of quality

 

Quality

- Follow the internal quality system of ADT China

- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

 

HSE Responsibility

- Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies, procedures and practices;

- Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative;

- Report immediately to Top Manager any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk;

- Use appropriate PPE at work area, if and when required and be aware of: the risks appropriate PPE will control or minimize , report immediately incase the PPE is worn off or lost, maintenance and inspection arrangements of PPE.

- Establish lab safety procedure and conduct HSE training.

- Keeping current regulations, accreditations, certifications and registrations required by government related body.

- Review quality and effectiveness of internal HSE audits executed (completeness, correctness, timing, documentation, etc.).

- Lead and coordinate internal and external audit programs.

- Actively participate in the scheduling of HSE meetings to review HSE performance and policies.

 

QHSE

- Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of ADT China

- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

 

Skills and Requirements:

- Reliable to hard work

- Handle special queries and complaints.

- Ability to project manages & implements vehicle launch plan for work readiness schedules.

- Ability to perform multiple tasks.

- Individual and Team work ethic.

- Knowledge of testing of electrical consumer products from laboratory / manufacturing.

- Strong leadership and extensive management skills.

- Knowledge of computer application in relevant software

- Be familiar with ISO17025, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001 and other international/national standards .Have the certification of ISO 17025, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001.

 

Education & Experience:

- 3 working years experience in electrical product tests and 1-2 years experience in management level.

- Good command of spoken and written English.

- Strong leadership and extensive management skills.

- Good knowledge of electrical product safety in EN / IEC / UL standards and ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001.

Knowledge of computer application in relevant software
