Summary
? The Membership Services Manager is responsible for membership acquisition and retention as well as member experience. The manager will work closely with Marketing, Membership and JD’s customer service teams. The manager is responsible for building relationships to increase membership interactions, engagement and growth and ensure customer service meets the Sam’s Club Standard.

Job Requirements
? Manage and develop the overall Sam’s Club digital membership strategy and plan, including general value proposition, special offers, and partnership programs
? Work with membership team to develop programs and services for members
? Coordinate, manage, track, and evaluate all membership and renewal activities, including new member, renewal, and potential member communications. Develop a recruitment plan and continuously grow the membership base
? Develop membership marketing and promotional materials, including applications, welcome kits, certificates, membership cards, and other collateral, in collaboration with the marketing department
? Oversee details for online and offline events including development of materials, shipping and receiving of exhibits, ensuring exhibits are complete and in good working condition, ordering signage and other materials for exhibit, etc
? Collect member intelligence through BI, direct interactions with members, and member research
? Oversee customer service KPI setting, management, and training. Develop and manage customer service reports and associated processes
? Ensure that 3P customer service performance is aligned with the Sam’s Club service standard

Qualifications
? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
? At least 4 years of experience within a global membership organization or managing customers/prospects relations
? 2 years’ experience managing a call center or online customer service team.
? Successful track record of developing strong relationship with member organizations and/or clients/ prospects
? Experience with working to showcase and promote customers’ activities and products
? Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
? At ease with learning new technologies. Experience working with a database a plus
? Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
